How to pay shipping costs

Pay the shipping cost directly to the freight forwarder.

Payment by wire transfer or online payment for Sadu includes the cost of goods and shipping. The shipping fee table is applied according to the shipping partner's fee table.

* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. The specific time depends on the official website / announcement of the logistics company.

Return Policy

1. Time to return

For products purchased with a discount of 50% or less, return within 15 days from the date the customer receives the goods.
For products purchased with a discount of 50% or more, return within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Method of exchange and return of money

Customers bring the purchased products (including the box, the accompanying manual) to the nearest Sadu store to be exchanged and refunded.

To receive a refund, customers have 2 options:

Calling the seller directly to you is a Sadu partner, the partner is responsible for refunding your money.
Refund via bank transfer: After receiving the customer's request for a refund via bank transfer, Sadu will send the customer a link to fill in the information to receive the refund amount in the purchase phone number on the order. After the customer successfully submits the information, Long Chau Pharmacy will refund the money within 2-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or New Year's holidays).

Cause 1: Return due to Manufacturer error (NSX)

Time to return: Within 30 days from invoice date

Applicable product type: All products excluding refrigerated & injectable goods

Criterion name: NSX defective product

Return fee: 0%

Note: According to the Value on the invoice after the discount/promotion.
